Join Little Jingle Beans for Magic at the Castle, an immersive Christmas celebration filled with exclusive Royal experiences, live performances, magical character encounters and a beautiful festive brunch.

Your little Royal's day begins with a private Boutique hair appointment, choosing between a Cinderella-inspired bun or a Princess hair extension, finished with a tiara, princess sash, face gem and a sprinkle of pixie dust.

Next, enjoy a professional portrait experience with Christmas Belle, including four digital photographs and a personalized Belle tree ornament to take home.

Your Mini Royal experience also includes access to all our VIP Princess Pavilions, Jasmine's Enchanted Face Painting, cookie decorating, creative activities, mini manicures, our Glam Bar and the Santa Photo Booth.

Complete your magical morning with Royal Brunch, our live show and personal visits from our Royals at your table.

Enjoy Jasmine's Enchanted Face Painting, cookie decorating with Little Rose Cookie Co., Letters to Santa, Play-Doh activities, make-up + mini manicures at our Glam Bar.

Capture a special Christmas memory at our Santa Photo Booth before enjoying Royal Brunch, live entertainment and visits from our Royals at your table.

Your exclusive hour begins at 11:00 AM, with activity stations continuing until 2:00 PM.

Join us for a festive Royal Brunch, our live Belgian waffle station and an afternoon of magical entertainment.

Enjoy our live show, personal table visits from our Royals and a special walk-around appearance by Santa.

General Child | $109 + HST
General Adult | $99 + HST
Toddler (ages 1–2) | $49 + HST

The Toddler ticket includes a reserved seat and meal only and is available exclusively with General Admission.

Babies under 12 months who can be carried do not require a ticket, provided they do not occupy a seat. As stroller parking is extremely limited, we kindly ask families to leave strollers at home and use baby carriers whenever possible.

Please note that Princess Pavilions, activity stations and the Santa Photo Booth are reserved exclusively for Mini Royal and VIP guests.

A BRUNCH FIT FOR ROYALTY

A festive feast for the whole family.

Enjoy a delicious selection of breakfast and lunch favourites, including:

Following your ticket purchase, we will send a guest information form where you can advise us of any food allergies, dietary restrictions or special meal requirements.

Please ensure all allergies are clearly indicated so we can communicate your needs to our catering team in advance.

While we will do our best to accommodate dietary requests, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Explore our exclusive holiday market featuring a beautiful collection of gifts and festive favourites! Discover handmade and custom gifts, mugs, tumblers, clothing and accessories from Novia's Boutique, hair extensions from Pink Tails, naturally scented play dough kits from Dough Perfect, charming plushie flowers and unique gifts from Sweet Bouquet Company, delicious cookies from Little Rose Cookie Co., and luxury bamboo sleepwear for moms and littles from Beach Bear & Co.

Our Mini Royal and VIP guests can also enjoy complimentary cookie decorating with Little Rose Cookie Co., along with a beautiful Glam Bar and Letters to Santa craft station presented by Chroma Celebrations.

RESERVED SEATING

Every guest has a special place at the castle.

All guests will enjoy reserved seating in our beautiful ballroom, with preferred seating for our Mini Royal and VIP guests.

ATTENDING WITH FRIENDS?

We highly recommend having one person purchase tickets for your entire group whenever possible. This makes coordinating your seating arrangements much easier.

However, we completely understand that friends and families may purchase their tickets separately, and we will do our very best to accommodate requests to sit together.

Following your purchase, you will receive a guest information form where you can indicate the names of any friends or family members you would like to sit with, including guests who purchased under a different name.

Please ensure both parties provide the appropriate booking names so we can match your requests.

Seating requests are subject to availability and must remain within your purchased ticket experience. Different ticket tiers cannot be seated together.

MINI ROYAL APPOINTMENTS & PHOTOGRAPHY

Mini Royal Boutique appointments will take place between 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM, allowing time for your little Royal's transformation and professional portraits with Christmas Belle before brunch.

Some families will be scheduled to arrive before our official 10:00 AM start time. All Mini Royal families will receive their individual appointment time in advance, along with a text notification on event day when it's time for their appointment.

We've intentionally limited the number of appointments to minimize wait times and accommodate unexpected delays, so your little Royal can enjoy the festivities without standing in long lines.

Your four professionally edited digital portraits will be delivered approximately 4–6 weeks following the event.

PLEASE NOTE: Mini Royal Boutique appointment times will be assigned by our team and cannot be requested or selected. However, if your Mini is attending with a friend, we will do our best to schedule their appointments together! We can accommodate up to four children per appointment time slot, subject to availability. Please include any friend requests in your guest information form.

We want to make sure every family receives all the exciting details leading up to the event!

Following your ticket purchase, our team will be reaching out with important information, including:

• A guest information form requesting dietary restrictions, allergies and seating preferences

• Mini Royal Boutique appointment times, where applicable

• Additional event details and arrival instructions

IMPORTANT: PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU HAVE NOT HEARD FROM US BY NOVEMBER 15.

We will be communicating primarily through SimpleTix and email, so please ensure your email address and phone number are entered correctly when purchasing your tickets.

Should tickets remain available following our exclusive pre-sale, they will be released to the general public on November 1.

All experiences have limited availability, and tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-sale registration does not guarantee ticket availability.

BEFORE YOU PURCHASE

Please review these important details.

• All ticket prices are subject to HST and processing fee.

• Every attending adult and child requires a ticket.

• Babies under one year of age are welcome free of charge if they do not require a seat.

• Tickets are sold individually.

• Adults and children attending together must purchase tickets within the same experience. Ticket tiers cannot be mixed.

• Each experience has its own arrival time, activities and inclusions.

• Toddler tickets are available exclusively with General Admission and include a seat and meal only.

• If an experience is no longer available to select, it has sold out.

• Reserved seating is organized by ticket tier, and requests to sit with friends will be accommodated wherever possible.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

As with any theatre performance or live event, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable, including cancellations due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, except where required by law.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, especially with little ones. However, seating, catering and event arrangements are secured and paid for in advance based on ticket purchases.

If you're unable to attend, we're happy to share your tickets on our Instagram Stories to help connect you with another interested family. While we cannot guarantee resale, we're always happy to help where possible.
